Deputy Director

CT Votes for Animals (CVA), the State’s leading grassroots animal advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of all Connecticut’s animals, is growing and adding to the ranks of its dedicated staff. A search is underway for a Deputy Director to lead the development, education programming and outreach functions key to achieve the organization’s mission.

CVA is looking for candidates who care deeply about animals and are interested in changing policy by mobilizing animal supporters in legislative districts throughout the state. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful fundraising, experience in public policy and/or electoral politics, and a high level of initiative, professionalism and attention to detail.
